To become a nationally recognized organization that improves the lives of individuals with special needs by providing specialized education and training as well as become a catalyst for change and social awareness and attitudes towards these individuals.
The future and long-term goals of our institute include the development of an Early Intervention Program, a Community Center, the Independent Living
Project, and the Lifelong Success Program. SCEI goal is to facilitate individualswith Special Needs throughout their complete lifespan.
